Grand Master Lukacs has been actively practicing the martial arts for 31 years.  In 2003 he was recognized as a Grandmaster and the Founder of the Tactical Combat Arts System.  He was awarded the rank of "10th Dan Soke" by the United Martial Arts Association, and the World Organization of Martial Arts (WOMA).  He is a member of the International Combat Aikido and Jujitsu Federation, and a Member of the Board of Directors, Advisor in Chinese Combat Arts.  Grandmaster Lukacs trained from an early age to be a full contact fighter, as was the desire of his Grand- master Chow.  He went on to earn eight Titles in full contact fighting and retired his titles in 1994 going undefeated for a total of thirteen years.  He is an expert in small arms, explosives, Intelligence and Counter-Intelligence.  His teaching philosophy and motto is,"LIFE IS BUT A SPECK OF DUST . . . Grand Master Soke Nieves (10thDan) is the founder of the Puerto Rico Ninja Society and the originator of Nieves-Ryu Ninjutsu.
